Terms of Service – EINSPOT Solutions Nig. Ltd

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using any products, services, engineering solutions, or digital platforms managed by EINSPOT Solutions Nig. Ltd (“EINSPOT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, requesting services, or engaging with our technical team, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our platforms immediately.

By accessing our website, requesting quotations, purchasing products, or using our engineering services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

2. Scope of Services

EINSPOT Solutions Nig. Ltd provides:

  • Supply and distribution of engineering products (including HVAC, Water Heating Systems, Automation, Plumbing Equipment, Electrical Solutions, etc.).

  • Official and licensed distribution of Rheem® products within Nigeria and West Africa.

  • Engineering services including installation, maintenance, inspection, consulting, and project management.

  • Digital services including quote requests, project documentation, online purchasing, and customer support.

EINSPOT reserves the right to expand or modify services at any time.

3. Product Supply & Availability

  • All products listed on our platforms are subject to availability.

  • Some imported items may require lead times or custom order processes.

  • Prices may vary based on foreign exchange rates, import duties, logistics, and market conditions.

  • Product images and descriptions are for guidance; actual specifications may vary slightly based on manufacturing updates.

EINSPOT is not liable for changes made by manufacturers, including Rheem Global®.

4. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations issued by EINSPOT are valid for 7–30 days, depending on product category.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment as communicated in the quotation.

  • Custom orders or special imports require non-refundable deposits.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Corporate payment platforms

  • Approved third-party processors

  • Invoice-based corporate payments

Payment must be completed before product delivery, except for clients with pre-approved credit terms.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery timelines depend on stock status, logistics availability, and location.

  • EINSPOT is not responsible for delays caused by customs, transport partners, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24–72 hours.

Ownership of goods transfers to you upon delivery or pickup.

7. Installation, Maintenance & Engineering Services

When EINSPOT provides installation, inspection, or maintenance:

Customers must:

  • Ensure a safe working environment.

  • Provide access to required utilities (electricity, water, ventilation, etc.).

  • Follow manufacturer and EINSPOT instructions for system operation.

EINSPOT is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper usage or unauthorized modifications.

  • Installation completed by third-party technicians not approved by EINSPOT.

  • Downtime or loss resulting from incorrect handling of equipment after handover.

8. Warranty & Product Support

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.

For Rheem® and other global brands:

  • Manufacturer warranties apply strictly under approved installation and usage conditions.

  • Unauthorized installation voids warranty automatically.

  • EINSPOT facilitates warranty claims but is not responsible for decisions made by the manufacturer.

Customer is responsible for warranty service logistics unless otherwise specified.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

For complete details, customers must refer to the Refund & Returns Policy.

Key points:

  • Only unused, unopened items in original packaging may qualify for return.

  • Special-order and imported items are non-refundable.

  • Engineering services already rendered cannot be refunded.

  • EINSPOT reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on inspection.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or booking services.

  • Not misuse any product, service, or system.

  • Pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with your purchases.

  • Use the website responsibly and not engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, EINSPOT is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of business, data, revenue, or opportunities

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping partners

  • Damages resulting from improper usage or installation by unauthorized personnel

  • Manufacturer defects or warranty decisions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

12. Website Usage & Content

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Attempt unauthorized access to databases or admin areas

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to external websites. EINSPOT is not responsible for:
