The client, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church), required a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing solution for their multi-building facility in Aba, Abia State. The goal was to design and implement a modern, energy-efficient HVAC and water supply network that would provide comfort and reliability for large congregational gatherings, administrative offices, and guest quarters.

EINSPOT Solutions Nig. Ltd was appointed as the main mechanical engineering contractor responsible for design, supply, installation, and commissioning. The project was carried out under strict environmental, safety, and international building standards.

Strategy Breakdown

Our engineering approach began with an environmental and occupancy assessment, factoring in local climate conditions, building layout, and load distribution.

We implemented Rheem’s Professional Prestige® HVAC systems for air conditioning and partnered them with Rheem commercial water heaters to ensure efficient temperature control and hot water availability.

The plumbing systems were designed with corrosion-resistant PEX piping and smart water control valves to optimize water flow and minimize losses.

Throughout the process, our team collaborated closely with the client’s facility managers to guarantee performance alignment with LDS global standards.
