Project Overview

The client, a major player in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, required a smart, responsive, and energy-efficient HVAC system to serve its newly completed corporate headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos.
EINSPOT Solutions was contracted to design, install, and integrate a Building Management System (BMS) with an advanced HVAC automation module that connects multiple zones, optimizing performance and energy use.

Strategy Breakdown

EINSPOT’s engineers began with a comprehensive facility audit, identifying critical comfort zones and air-handling unit (AHU) configurations. Using Rheem-certified HVAC systems and IoT-enabled sensors, we built a centralized BMS interface that allows real-time visibility and control of the entire system.

The automation logic was developed using Python and SCADA-compatible protocols, enabling the facility’s energy managers to schedule, monitor, and remotely adjust parameters such as temperature, humidity, and airflow balance.

The solution was designed for scalability, allowing future integration with lighting, fire suppression, and energy monitoring modules — all manageable through a single control hub.
